Bonn--The Start of our Trip
At first I thought CSI was doing alright by me: first class airline seat, a corporate credit card, a fat envelope of cash for expenses, and the little hint that they wouldn't be asking for receipts. So when I got to Bonn and Touret handed me a BMW key, I thought...well, I didn't think of a beat-up, wheezing piece of rusting orange junk like the BMW he assigned me. Touret wasn't much of a fan of CSI's decision to hire a Silicon Valley techie instead of a smooth spy type. You know, like the last guy they sent after Polenkov--the one found floating face down in the Seine River. Oh, and this is a statue of crazy Ludwig, who was born in Bonn. go to Chapter 1 |
