Dr. Julius Feinbaum At first I dismissed Dr. Feinbaum as just another a badly dressed academic with an interest in parapsychology. But then I discovered he has advanced degrees in statistics, abnormal psychology and several other disciplines, and presents his work at big-time conferences.
